2. Basis

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Data Protection Act (Ley Orgánica 3/2018, LOPDGDD). This website sets no cookies, stores no information on your device and embeds no third-party content.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed:

date and time of access
page requested
referring page
browser type and operating system

The purpose is to deliver the website and ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted once it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Data may be transferred to the USA. Transfers are based on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (EU Standard Contractual Clauses), which form part of the data processing agreement with Vercel.

4. Audience measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to evaluate website usage statistically. No cookies are set and no information is stored on your device. The page viewed, referring page, browser, operating system, device type and country are recorded. We only receive statistical reports that do not identify you.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, we process your details (e.g. name, company, email address, target market and message) to handle your request. The contact form opens your email app; no data is transmitted through this website.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep the data until your request has been fully handled, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial or tax law) apply.

6. Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google or any other third-party font provider.

7. External links

This website links to external services (e.g. LinkedIn). Data is only transferred to these providers when you click a link; their privacy policies then apply.
